Describe your background and experience
Coming from a ready-to-wear background, I went into the fashion industry in 1982, then in 1984 started working on the Bad Boys brand, which was bought up after two years. I stayed on as Creative Director until 1994, then for two years was able to make my contribution, as a creative, to the relaunch of the McGregor Fashion Group.
 
In 1996 I went to work for various European brands as a Product Consultant, and eventually came into contact with Gaastra, where, as Creative Director since 1997, I'm responsible for the concept and development of the brand.

What do you like about your job?
Business, and the continued successful development of Gaastra as a European nautical fashion brand, are my passion and drive.
This affects every element of operational management every day. We're ambitious and continually looking for new challenges and creative opportunities. I travel, I have a broad worldwide focus, and I try to continually inspire and challenge our staff.
