MCGREGOR PARTNERS SPYKER FORMULA ONE TEAM
Driebergen, 20 December 2006. McGregor Fashion Group N.V. and the Spyker Formula One Team announce that McGregor will be a sponsor for the coming three years for the Spyker Formula One Team. As part of the partnership McGregor will launch a fashion line to be named ‘’Spyker Formula One by McGregor” which will be available in selected retail and all McGregor Stores Spring 2007. The McGregor logo will be prominently present for the coming three seasons on both of the rear wing endplates of all the Spyker F1 cars, the overalls and the helmets of the drivers.

This agreement follows a sponsorship between McGregor and the Spyker Squadron. Over the last few years the Spyker Squadron has raced, amongst others, the 24 hour of Le Mans race.

The choice for Spyker Formula One Team was a logical step in the partnership McGregor and Spyker had over the past years since the rebirth of Spyker Cars. In conjunction with the partnership, a fashion line to be named ‘’Spyker Formula One by McGregor’’ collection will be introduced in the market as a continuation of the successful Spyker Squadron collection.
